1. Booking & Payment

a. Booking Process

All bookings made through our website or customer service must be confirmed with full payment or as per the installment policy specified during booking. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

b. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfers
• UPI / Net Banking
• Third-party payment gateways

Additional bank fees or currency exchange costs may apply at your expense.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

a. Prices

All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or taxes.

b. What’s Included

Each package clearly outlines included services such as accommodation, transport, meals, and guides. Anything not explicitly mentioned is excluded.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on notice period:

• 30+ days before departure: 80% refund
• 15–29 days: 50% refund
• 7–14 days: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Non-refundable costs like visa fees, permits, or flights are excluded from refund.

b. Cancellation by Vasita Holidays

We may cancel a trip due to low bookings, emergencies, or force majeure. A full refund or alternative trip will be offered.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

You are responsible for having valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. We are not liable for denied entry due to missing or invalid documents.

5. Health & Safety

Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary needs in advance. You are responsible for your health during travel. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

6. Code of Conduct

All travelers must:

• Respect local laws and customs
• Follow safety instructions from guides or authorities
• Avoid behavior that may disrupt the group or endanger others

We reserve the right to remove anyone violating this code without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, graphics, itineraries) is the intellectual property of Vasita Holidays. You may not copy or distribute any content without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We work with third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, transport providers). We are not liable for their actions, delays, or service failures beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to us
• We are not liable for force majeure events (natural disasters, unrest, etc.)
